Wonderful staff, wonderful service. Patty is terrific - very responsive, quick to follow up, and so easy to talk to. Both John and Chris were great as well. I shared my concerns of several trees on my property and they gave expert advice on how they should be trimmed. On the day of service, Robert greeted me. We walked around my property to confirm what needed to be done. Robert was attentive, made sure he understood and communicated with the workers - so pleasant. We also walked the property afterwards to make sure everything was done to my liking. This is the second time I used Pell and they did not disappoint! Thank you!

Where's the 10 star button when you need it? If you want exceptional customer service (front desk to the cutting crew), professional tree removal/services, and no damage/cracks to your driveway or lawn, you've found the right company. We needed three large white oaks removed that were near our home. Two other large, well-known tree companies provided a more expensive quote that included using a 60 lb crane on our residential driveway (that essentially means we'll be paying thousands of dollars after they leave to replace/repair our driveway). That's not how Pell operates. John, the owner for 30+ years, came over, assessed the property/scenarios, figured out how they can accomplish the job without a crane, and provided a competitive price with no heavy equipment (only manual climbing and cutting). All we had to do was sit back and enjoy the show that the expert climbers and cutters put on (pics attached). We now have peace of mind, and our driveway and bank account are pretty happy too. We found our tree servicing company for life. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the work your men did in removing my enormous tree. They were highly skilled and used expensive cranes and equipment to ensure there was no damage to buildings or roads on the property. I appreciate that. Although the contract stated "not responsible for damage to yard" or something like that (which I missed in reviewing the contract), the workers did repair the damage.
