Pruning & Trimming
-
When should I prune or trim my trees? The answer isn’t as simple as “summer” or “winter.” It depends on a lot of factors, including the type of tree or plant as well as the pruning objective. For example, if our objective is to remove dead limbs from a tree to reduce associated risks, we can prune at any time. However, if we are reducing a declining historic tree, it may be best to perform this service when the tree is dormant. We make recommendations based on the individual tree and your desired results.
-
Why should I prune my trees?
Pruning and trimming trees has several benefits, including:
- Removing damaged limbs that may become a future hazard
- To beautify your trees and property
